Delivery times

STORE PICKUP: 1h / 72 business hours (depending on stock availability at the selected store)

HOME DELIVERY: 

· Peninsula: 24 - 72 business hours

· Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3 to 9 business days

· Canary Islands: 5 to 10 business days.

· European Union: 7 to 12 business days.

Delivery time for engraved jewelry is 2 to 7 days.

The delivery time for custom-made or made-to-order jewelry will take longer than usual (20 to 30 business days, depending on the product).

Business days are considered to be Monday to Friday.

Shipping costs

STORE PICKUP: Free

HOME DELIVERY:

· Peninsula: 5 euros. FREE with purchases over €60

· Balearic Islands: 10 euros. FREE with purchases over 60€

· Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 20 euros (IGIC will be paid by the customer upon delivery)

· Europe: 15 euros

In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and countries outside the European Union customs union, the customer must pay the corresponding customs charges.

Pick up in store

You can choose to collect your online purchase at any Roselin Joyeros point of sale.

You will be notified by SMS/email when your order is ready for collection and you will need to identify yourself with your ID and the order confirmation email.

In order for another person to collect the order, they will need to go to the establishment with the email address and a photocopy of the ID of the person who made the purchase. In addition, the person who made the purchase must send an email to info@roselin.es, from the email address where they placed the order, with the information of the authorised person at least 24 hours before they go to the establishment.

You have 15 days to collect your order.

Home delivery

Home deliveries are made through the MRW transport agency. Delivery times are Monday to Friday, except holidays.

You will receive an SMS from MRW with the tracking number once the package is delivered.
