Returns

The deadline for any return of an online purchase is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

The items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with their corresponding receipt or purchase invoice.

No returns will be accepted for piercings or products with engravings, personalized, custom-made or factory-made products, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

You can process a product exchange or return of your order without leaving home. Click HERE and fill in your details.

If you prefer, we can make it easy for you to return an online order to any of the Roselin stores where we will give you a Gift Card for the amount of the return of the item.

Returns for orders with sale items will be made in accordance with the current store conditions.

Due to the special rate, it is not possible to return online orders in our store at CC. Dos Hermanas (Seville)

In the event that the units of the purchased items are out of stock, the customer will be notified by email/phone and the amount of said items will be refunded using the same payment method and within a period of 15 calendar days. In the event of an unjustified delay in the return, double the amount paid will be refunded.
