Refund Request
If you have received your order and are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you can process the return using our home collection service.
You just need to fill out the following form and have the package ready for us to collect.
Once MRW has collected the merchandise and it arrives at our warehouses, the amount of the returned product will be refunded, minus the collection costs.

This collection service is only available on the Iberian Peninsula. For other destinations, please contact info@roselin.es
If you prefer, you can return an online order at any Roselin store (except for the Seville branch) where we will give you a Gift Card for the amount of the returned item. Locate your nearest store.
General conditions for online returns:
- The deadline for any online purchase return is 15 calendar days (30 calendar days for Roselin Club members) from the receipt of the order.
- For purchases made during Black Friday and Christmas, the return period is extended until January 11.
- Items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with their corresponding receipt or purchase invoice.
- Returns of engraved, personalized, custom-made, or factory-ordered products will not be accepted, except for manufacturing defects.
- The full refund of the purchased item will be credited within 14 calendar days following the return of the merchandise using the same payment method; shipping costs paid during the purchase will not be refunded.
