Refund Request

If you have received your order and you are not satisfied with the purchase or you wish to exchange it for another product, you can process it using our home collection service.

You just have to fill out the following form and have the package ready for us to pick it up.

Once MRW has collected the merchandise and it arrives at our warehouses, the amount of the returned product will be refunded, minus the collection costs.

*Collection service cost (returns) €5.00

*Delivery cost + collection (exchanges): €6.50

This pick-up service is only available on the peninsula. For other destinations, please contact info@roselin.es

If you prefer, we can make it easy for you to return an online order to any of the Roselin stores, where we will give you a Gift Card for the amount of the returned item. Find your nearest store.

General conditions for online returns:

The deadline for any return of an online purchase is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.

The items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with their corresponding receipt or purchase invoice.

Returns of products with engravings, personalized, custom-made or made to order from the factory will not be accepted, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

The full refund of the purchased item will be paid within 14 calendar days following the return of the merchandise using the same payment method. Shipping costs paid during the purchase will not be refunded.
