• Customers have a maximum of 10 calendar days from the date of purchase at a Roselin Joyeros store to request the refund of the difference.
• Items must be exactly the same, new, matching in brand, model, design, manufacturing materials, weight, dimensions, and technical specifications.
• To verify that the aforementioned conditions are the same, a document from the competitor proving the lower price must be presented, and, where necessary, the item in question must be brought in for on-site assessment.
• Offers requiring financing or offers requiring a minimum number of units are not included.
• Promotions or special initiatives from competitors, such as special promotions, discount coupons, temporary offers, limited-unit offers, 2-for-1 offers, loyalty program prices, liquidations, free products, etc., are not considered in the comparison.
• The lowest price must be published and available to the public.
